I'm away from home at the moment and was wondering if anyone could tell me if the mirror arms are handed ie left and right hand thread, I believe that they are 10mm thread, I  am looking for extensions and would like to order this weekend,  cheers John,

On mine - 2011 UCE C5 - the mirror mounts are right and left handed. You get adapters that turn the left handed thread into a right handed thread and also raise the mirror about 20mm. Worked well on my bike to get the mirrors a bit higher and more useful.

Yes, left and right hand threaded. I bought the black Hitchcock's extension piece. I forget it's on there and visibility is now fine, until the right hand mirror self adjusts in the wind (top ball joint,  not the extensions)!

I brought the extended mirror arms from Hitchcocks for my Trials only to discover that the mirrors the bike came with wouldn't fit. Made do with buying a cheap pair of after market mirrors and fitted those to the extension arms. Probably cheaper to buy the extensions Ove got. Ove if you read this the Booster plug does fit the Trials (mine anyway).

RE mirror set up is the same as Yamaha. You can buy Yamaha compatibles or everything made for RE.
