Is there any device for Royal Enfield bullet, which alarms when we start bullet without unlocking the handle lock? Since this has side lock system, chances are more in starting the bullet without unlocking and getting hurt!

Just stretch a hair elastic or "scrunchy" around your throttle and front brake lever whenever you lock the handlebar lock and remove it when you unlock it as described in this video: https://youtu.be/D3Vwpo_Xbgk about 4 minutes into it.

This should remind you why you put it there before you can drive off. This tip is also useful for remembering disk locks, though many disk locks also come with alarms which sound if they are disturbed and brightly colored reminder cables serving much the same purpose as the simple hair elastic.
So badass my Enfield's actually illegal  in India.

(Legal enough to pass muster if they don't look too closely in Woodbridge, Virginia, where the buses don't run at night, holidays or weekends)
