I bought the Avon Roadriders

110/80-18
150/70-18

The front will be shorter than the rear, not sure if that;s a problem or not.  I guess it will give be more aggressive turning, which is good but if it will ruin the smoothness I'm not sure.

Those measurements don't exactly match the ones given on the Avon site, but close.
I'm sure that those MKII will make you smile. (you did get the newer MKII, right?
Curious, did you enter the OEM sizes into that calculator?

Yes, am26. The OEM sizes are equal heights. What do you think about the lower front?

BTW, it seems I got MkI road riders, it's all I could find, had to use Ebay and amazon.  I'm sure they will be miles better than stock.  If the shorter front turns out to be a bust I'll replace it with a MKII 110/90 when available.
I have no idea why finding tires in these sizes is so difficult in the US but it is.  Time to move on
