I was told that less weight ment more power.  At 7 lbs per poney, I figure that is about a 10 horse gain....????

Ya and the Body Mass Index will improve substantially too rather fast, couple of miles will be enough .... ;D

Her R.L. Burnside cover on the cigar box is excellent.

Yes definitely.   And even better as redhead.   Pity,  she just played here last weekend... missed it. :-\

Back to topic...

Sprayed "MEGA GULP" with a plastic filler.
Did a test assembly on the bike.

...the space under the side panel is perfectly filled now.  ;D

Thanks MeVo, I have one spare coming in, if needed. I think this one will be good. Good that FJ has been pushy on this subject otherwise I would have probably lived with the radius only. And it has Toms input  ... so it is a child of this forum..

My handle bars will unfortunately always be unaffordable, too low volumes to do a cast... and RE may not want to buy them from me... ;D

Found nice funnels too...they should be an exact match for the hole in the airbox. Hope they come soon.

Damn funnels are about 0.5 mm too big, have to remove the airbox out again and make a bigger hole in it.  :'(

Starting to like the airbox layout though,  this will be pretty cool i think.  :D

I made the hole in the airbox little bigger and pushed a bellmouth in which is same ID as the hole before. It is slightly longer and has a nice entry. Additionally it smoothens the transit to the rubber connector which goes to the throttle body.

Other than that there is no Airfilter infront of it as that will sit now in the MEGA GULP.
