It's a "Flying Flea".

I've seen cheaper prices for them, but that one's pretty complete. It needs alot of work, and parts can be tough to find.

It's a cool historical bike.

According to the last collectors price guide that bike in MINT condition is $3000. $600 is the low price.  ERC
