Title: SERVICE IN NYC

I need to find someone good in NYC that know how to service a 2010 Bullet 500
Does anyone know where to go or have any recommendation?

 There are several forum brothers in the greater NYC area, Rich Mintz and ragmas are the first two that come to my mind.  You might check with them for their REcommendations.

+1.  I seem to recall that Rich had mixed results with different dealer servicing locations.  But I'm guessing that your 2010 isn't under warranty?  This opens you up  to any shop worth its salt...

Wait a minute - just take it to Rich!  He's well on his way to being a certified RE mechanic.  He'll fix you right up...

I've had good experience so far with Cycle City in Sloatsburg, NY (Rockland County). It's accessible via Metro-North from NYC (Port Jervis line, 20 min walk or 5 min drive from the Sloatsburg train station).  They have my bike right now for a warranty repair, in fact.

Avoid Brooklyn Moto in Greenpoint. They sold me my Enfield, but the service department has treated me poorly since, and I don't think they're officially authorized.

The Long Island dealers are respected but I don't know them.
