Title: What's the best battery for an Electra?

I had some troubl with my solenoid sticking a while back. It hasn't hapened again, but I have to kick start the bike when it's cold or been sitting a day or so. Once it's warmed up, the elec start works great. Do you think it's just a weak battery?

Can't answer your question, but a Battery Tender pays for itself by extending the life of your battery.  I assume its okay to keep one on the RE battery like I do with the Buell and former Harley.
