Any of you guys use exhaust wrap? I'm getting ready to wrap mine again...last time I wrapped it and used wire ties to secure the wrap...is there any kind of adhesive I could use (spray on the exhaust pipe) to secure it better?

Did you remember to soak the header wrap in water before you installed it? Also, bailing/safety wire works well for securing the wrap.
Here's a video a good video of a some guys doing the job right.

Perfectly fine video, but it's just my personal preference to wrap starting at the muffler end & wrap toward the head. This makes each wrap lay like dragon scales would lay from head to tail instead of just the opposite. Just looks better to me.
I use narrow SS hose clamps sprayed black on black wrap. On white or tan wrap two or three safety wire twists look good.

Does wrapping the exhaust actually help anything?
Also can you attach a picture showing your wrapped exhaust?
I wanna see how it looks on a bullet before I go and do it

Theoretically, it can keep the exhaust gasses hotter for better extraction. It isn't enough to feel a difference in power, but it might help a little.
The primary use is to cover a rusty header pipe, so it hides the rust damage and looks styled more for something like a bobber or hot rod

Here is 'Asbo' Bullet No.8. It has exhaust wrap on the pipe and was put there for cosmetic reasons, nothing more ;)

That's a real nice looking bobber, Paul.
Sort of almost getting into the "hooligan bike" category!

Mine is 100% cosmetic...

Thanks, Ace. This machine was initially built with / for the owner to sit and look at and discuss with friends in his very nice garage. That was until he had a go on it [just to make sure it all worked]. The rest is history and he really enjoys riding it, especially around the twisty, hilly and narrow lanes which surround him - it is not a display piece only any more, but very much enjoyed, as it should be 8)

That is a thing of beauty.
The day I test drove my new header, a plastic bag fused to it. Tried everything recommended here to get it off but in the end my efforts caused minuscule scratches that eventually rusted. I plan on wrapping at some point.
Also, that pipe gets hotter than the sun.

And then I changed to black wrap taken off another bike. It has two or three coats of BBQ paint on it:

I like the Blacked, looks good!!
