Great review, thanks. Realistic and not too gushing. Not sure I'd buy two though!

not sure either now- I might buy a honda monkey bike instead. they are a bit expensive here at $6600 but I am running out of choices.

These compact engine guards are an ideal place to mount a pair of fold-up forward foot pegs for stretching out on long rides.

Sometimes you're the windshield, sometimes you're the bug.

You should! My mate has a 1198 Panigale,  sv1000, sv650 and a Grom.  The Grom is his weapon of choice as his daily.  With no power comes no responsibility.

hard to say which way to go. spoke to the ktm dealer yesterday and the brand new ktm 390 adventure bike arrives in the country mid march for $8900 rideaway
he has two sold already. I could get that quite easy and the dealer is only 60 klm away and he is also the honda dealer too.
fair bit to think about

Consider the Kawasaki Z125 PRO ?

I think a lot less $$$ than Grom.  Same or better bike IMHO....A friend has one...loves it!
