Title: Electric Start

I HAVE A 500 BULLET ELECTRIC START, PROBLEM IS WHEN ITS COLD IT WILL NOT TURN OVER FAST ENOUGH TO START, I HAVE REPLACED THE BATTERY AND THE SOLINOID AND CLEANED THE STARTER BRUSHES ETC. IT STARTS OK WHEN IT IS HOT, ANY SUGESTIONS PLEASE THANKS KEN.

Put a thinner oil in it and keep the bike warm.

In addition to CJ's suggestion try using the decompressor to get the engine spinning then release it to start.

Also remove the starter cut-out relay which may be robbing valuable
amperage from the circuit.

Not trying to be a jerk here but you may try the Bullet or Electra forums. Either one may have more insight to your bikes ailment than the Vintage RE section. No disrespect to you, Vintage owners. If any of you have a Interceptor or Meteor or Constellation you would like to part with for under $3000 get in touch. Particularly Interceptor. I know good luck. Stranger things have happened to us....

Is the turn over rate of the engine noticable slower when cold? What type of oil is in the engine? Is there a small blue box in the left hand tool box? Wht does the battery voltage drop to when cranking? What year is the bike? Have you removed the battery carrier and cleaned the ground wires which are behind it? Some Enfield had poor grounds there becasue of powdercoating.
