I watched the other one next to the one posted
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wNUl4ebXrI&NR=1&feature=endscreen.
I raced against one of those Catalina Yamahas in 1962. I don't recall the guy's name who was riding it but was one of the dirtiest riders I've ever seen.
The Yamaha was impressive with the noise it made and it was definitely fast, but the handling seemed to leave a bit to be desired.
I guess they must've sent more over here ;)

Yes they did and that was the end of our beloved Brit iron, excluding
Royal Enfield and we do love our Royal Enfields.  Thank God for Royal Enfield.

Cheers,
Bill

So with Ducati of Seattle now under new Ownership will they continue to sell RE's? I see that their website is back up but it is more of just a page right now and gives no mention on RE on it.
Does anybody know whats going on?

On the PNWRiders forum there is a big write up about it and no mention of RE's going that way this weekend so will have to check it out.

Just back from my local Ducati Dealer here in Portland.  There is only on non-Ducati on the floor right now, an MC F4.  They were carrying MV and Aprilia.  I'm not sure if they've stopped entirely or if they're just waiting until sring to get more stock.  Perhaps they are moving to Ducati only as well, not sure.

I know this is kind of a dumb question. 81 days from now, does that make it Friday May 18th?

Took a road trip by car & pick up truck today.

Mitch, me and our pal J.P. went way up north took a left and headed out to Port Townsend to pick up J.P.'s new to him low mileage squeaky clean Bullet Sixty-5  ;D  8) then grab some lunch with Mr & Mrs jest2dogs.

Good friends and good food made 15 hours fly by in a eye blink for me.

It don't get much better than this.
