How'd the Vashion thing go?  Would have went but had a Birthday party to attend.

The VME Rally was amazing.  There were so many unbelievable rides.  It was weird that besides my RE I only saw 2 other Bullets. A couple highlights for me were a few really cool sunbeams and a 1914 triumph.

I live on Vashon and ride here all the time so it was like heaven for a day.  Out riding and every road on the entire island was bikes heading in every direction.

I grew up out here and my love for bikes has grown out of this event coming to my home every year but this was the first year I was able to actually participate now that I have my Bullet.  The other amazing thing was even with hundreds and hundreds of amazing vintage rides, my Bullet still drew many admirers and  I kept finding people gathered around my RE checkin it out.

All said and done, this was the highlight of my year.  I tried my best to represent for the rest of us but my little Bullet, all shined up and tuned up, did most of the talkin.

I hope a bigger number of us can meet up for this next year and I can give you a mini tour of one of the funnest places in the NW to ride.

My work mates who luckily had the weekend off made it to the Vashon.

The pics were as amazing as the stories they brought back.

Br. Bambi, next year is my turn and lunch is on me.

The Olympia Toy Run will be Saturday, December 4th this year.  Admission is a new toy or $10 for a single or $15 for a couple.  Gate opens at 10am.  The Seattle Cossacks Stunt and Drill team will be performing from 11am to 12:30 pm and at about 1pm the run will  start.  It would be nice if some of us Royal Enfield people would go as a group.  It's okay with Vince if we meet at Vince's Motorcycle Store at 9am and from there we can ride together to the  starting point, just a few blocks away.  Check this web site out   www.olytoyrun.com
I hope to see you all there.

Cheers,
Bill Harris

I wish I could make it, but it doesn't seem likely.  Say hi to Vince!

Mikail Gransee here up in Bremerton again..99 Enfield 500.  Would post a pic but can not figure it out? :'(

Simple process! Just go back to your post, click on modify, at the bottom click on additional options, click browse, then download from wherever your pic is stored (file, camera, card). You can't preview pics that you attach, so check for your pics after you click post.

In Olympia.  A group ride sounds like a great idea.  Doesn't matter to me if it is rain, snow, sleet, tsunami, or otherwise bad weather.  I  ride in all of it.  Sunshine is okay too  :D
