I'm thinkin' that I might take a ride on the Tail of the Dragon this year when the weather is nice. It's only about an hour from where I live.
 :)

That would be awesome, I've seen that road on youtube.

K&N filter came today for the Mega Gulp. Seems to fit.

All looks good, Maybe up for one of these in the near future.

I hope Tom won't mind if I say it. Work is ongoing to make this article available/affordable as an ACE component.   :)

...my proto became a bit costly.  :(

BOUGHT ONE!
 8)

Good deal, ACE. There's going to be a lot of benefits, mined from that bike.

I went out to the driveway and took some pictures this morning. The C GT is on the right, next over is my Nighthawk 450, and in back is my '97 VFR.
Now that it's the afternoon, the snow has melted.

I fixed my trailer, so the CGT can have a ride in it. Going for a roadie next weekend. Driving Adelaide to Ballarat ( it's a boring ride, not worth wrecking a tyre and I have some aeroplane stuff to deliver anyway), ride Ballarat- Melbourne- Bright- Jindabyne- Lakes Entrance- Ballarat. Then trailer home again.

I need to do a minimum order of 20 for more affordable manufacture. I will order that and stock some.
Currently,  the fit is for the K&N e-3120 filter, and the Spectre is a little bit bigger. If K&N is not an objection, we have a go for production.
Please contact me by email for details. I don't intend for this to be a sales thread.  :)

I've had a small pile of dress up bits accumulating dust for a while now, just too much life going on and too damn cold to sit out in Mom's garage (Where I store in the winters...2 bikes now) and bolt them up.

Yesterday was the day to start.

Managed to get the back half done before my fingers decided it was time to quit.  Just a little color change...

Black side panels are an interesting and traditional look.
(Perfect place for a gold ACE Fireball 535 sticker)  8)

I also like the dual seat with cowl, which has a very integrated fit and look.
Nice!

Got into an accident on Friday. So hopefully the repairs will start this week and I will get my bike back soon.

We'll have to work on that some...AFTER I get done paying for a life changing event on 4-23...

You mentioned cams and such, don't remember seeing anything on your Yayhoo page about it.

Can you elaborate?

I have about ten years time to keep saving for that event  ;)
