Purchased my tribute black this month and it came with a box containing panniers and associated carriers, I was a little concerned about the so called welcome pack which consisted of 2 keys and a service book a Japanese sniper would struggle to read,  is this a normal  Royal Enfield experience

No Royal Enfield beer koozies? That's an outrage!
So badass my Enfield's actually illegal  in India. Yet it squeaks by here in Virginia.

Congrats on the bike. What did you expect? Isnt the manual and keys sufficient? What else do you need?
cheers and beers

I at least expected a certificate as bike is a limited edition, a service book that is readable and running in  information and more than a litre of petrol,  hey-ho must be asking too much lol, ps love the bike,

I just got 2 keys. No service book or manual - I had to download the rather basic manual from the Royal Enfield UK website.
Past: CB125-T2, T500, GT500, Speed Triple, 955i Daytona. Now: Royal Enfield Bullet Trials 500

I didn't realise how spoiled I was, 2 keys, the wee manual, free pannier (and they altered the frame to fit for nothing), plus a 300 mile round trip to drop it off to me during the covid lockdown. And eventually the free Trials kit - maybe.

Love the black and gold. Looks like a John Player Special. Happy riding.

There in the UK they spoil the 650 customers with a swell little "Royal Enfield Welcome Kit" described by the estimable YouTuber Stuart Fillingham here: https://youtu.be/EF09hHd0KcI

Who knows? Maybe with a bit of whinging to their customer service folks yonder via https://www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/support/contact-us/ they might just send you one.

And if not, shoot me a PM with a mailing address, and I may at least be able to scare you up an Enfield koozie in black to match your ride.

I'm UK based too. You should have been given the owners handbook. Nothing to write home about, but some useful sections. I had to chase my dealer a couple of times for it, but they got it from Moto GB in the end.

That’s the best looking “Classic” model I’ve seen.

I do not expect any welcome kit or similar. Maybe just the owners manual. And if it comes with 2 keys, fantastic.

But what I really want is some good weather to pick my tribute black from the dealer. I went down to Madrid for a couple of days for a short visit to my wife's parents and we are trapped here because of the greatest snowfall in 50 years. In the meantime the bike is ready and with full insurance at the dealer back in Bilbao.

I will continue watching YouTube videos and posts like this about this fantastic happiness machines.

 Nice bike op. Congrats!
