Hey any suggestions on low profile backswept handlebars for my new b5?
-
Some people have inverted the bars. I haven't seen it but they seem happy. Just be careful of hitting the gas tank.

Or go for broke and fit clip-ons ...

You will need a separate headlight nacelle though.

As you said, go for for BROKE!

How about a nice set of Clubman/ace bars? You can pic up a decent set for between 25 and 40 bucks. They come in Chrome or black.. you don't have get a new Nacelle. Or even flat drag bars, with some pull back..........

The 'Bikemaster' version of clubman bars is sold everywhere (and under any names) but sweeps back too much for the RE, it hits the tank a lot. We tried a pair I had on a G5. It looked great but wasn't workable.
NFieldGear sells some:

You can also find some similar, wider styles on lots of British bike sites.
