Title: Model CO / MD Fuel tank
Post by: da punds on April 01, 2013, 12:37:40 pm
Does anyone know if a model post war G tank can be used on a pre war model CO, my concerns are that the CO frame has a lower mounted headstock, and so the top tube is lower too, this means the tank sit lower onto the engine.

Hello Kevin,
I'm a newcomer on this site, and just saw your message.
I have both a wdco and a G model, as they are a bit different (the G model is more bulbous), you cans swap them.
Hope it will help you (even if it is a bit late)
