Oh!.. nice  :)

With 3.5" of rear travel on the stock shocks and my weight of 165LB I already know the stock shocks are too short to have the correct sag and pre-load

at the same time for optimal handling. I'm guessing 1"-1.5" longer shocks would be about right, fine tune with lowering the fork tubes in the trees

edit: my Buell is extremely well sorted and if I was to jack the rear of my Conti GT a bit they would begin have a lot in common geometry wise.

I don't see it being that difficult to make it so the RE can hang with the Buell in the twisties

edit: another benefit of jacking the rear is that you increase anti-squat (decrease squat) on acceleration allowing sooner throttle on corner exit
