It seems apparent, to me at least, that Mahindra subsidiary Classic Legends, has purchased a license to use the JAWA name and logo in India. If you look at the dealer map for the India produced machines, you will see, no dealership is further afield than Bangladesh.
https://www.jawamotorcycles.com/find-a-dealer/ I suspect that Mahindra's licensing deal does NOT let them sell bikes to other markets. The Classic Legends JAWA uses tweaked cam engine internals from the Mahindra MOJO, which appears to be the largest of the Mahindra bike line and has been produced since 2008.
JAWA machines are still being produced in the Czech Republic:
https://www.jawa.eu/about-usThese bikes are different than the India produced machines, and ARE available in Europe and in various other countries including South American.
https://www.jawa.eu/linksI believe there may be distribution of Czech JAWAs in Mexico, and possibly a couple of locations in the USA.
I don't think we will see the India produced Classic Legends JAWA outside of India anytime soon. If I was a lawyer for JAWA Moto spol. s r.o. in the Czech Republic, I think I'd be arguing that Mahindra's use of an internet domain named jawamotorcycles dot com represents an international presence, and should be changed. This web presence is certainly confusing and makes it seem like the Classic Legends JAWA is the real and only JAWA.
