Does the INT650 have an "extra fuse" in the fuse box...marked "aux" or "acc" ??

Many bike have this...so any optional equipment, that has less draw than the fuse should be easily supported by the alternator.

I'd only go to say 75% of the fuse...so if there is a 20 amp aux fuse, you should safely run a 15 amp device off of it.

so in the absence of knowing exactly you can install a voltmeter and while using accessories see that you are putting out enough to charge the battery at least at cruise rpm. around 12.5 volts.
I became friends with someone just because they rode motorcycles from no-place to no-where

past machines: BSA Lightning, HD FX1200, 75/6 BMW, 90/6, R80RT, R100RT, K75S, current machines: DR650, DL650.

well yes...and no....

With the bike running at some cruise RPM  say 4000...the voltmeter needs to read about 14 volts, not 12.5.

A fully charged led acid battery should read about 13 volts with no load.

With load, and alternator doing it's thing, you need at least 13.8 volts in order to replenish the battery....these are actually 14 volt systems, not 12 volt as is commonly stated...

12.5 volts represents a "depleted" battery...
it is about 1/2 "used up"...not good for lead acid battery to go lower than this...lead acid is made for short jolt of power for starting, followed by immediate recharge.

Battery at 11.5 volts is undergoing internal damage.
