I wish RENA would see what real motorcycle companies do. Every dealer and some independents have a year, make and model parts fiche on their websites. If I could ask a big wheel of RE or RENA one question, this would be it. “Where’s the part fiche”???

A word a caution about RE parts books. They are outdated before they are published. Many part changes are not documented as the changes are made and by the time the book is published it is wrong. Most of it is OK but much isn't. What they are really good for is the exploded view. They are a good starting point for tracking down part numbers though. Until live accurate electronic part catalogs, it will continue to be difficult. The most accurate sources are the electronic parts books on Hitchcocks Motorcycles. www.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com They do their best to keep them up to date. Tim at Western Cycle Supply also has a tremendous amount of information as well.
