I am trying to install heated grips and take off the OEM grips.  I used the allen wrench in the tool kit that comes with the INT 650 to loosen the bolts at the ends of the handlebar.  The bolts are on super tight, and I stripped them before I could move them an inch.   

Does anyone have any advice on how to get the bar ends off?
