If you have ordered from this company and or have tried this seat on a G5, please let me know what you think. Price seems reasonable for real leather. US $124.99 plus $60.99 shipping.

Can't be any worse than the one CMW sells.I put it on my G-5 and it sits off-center, is higher than I would like and has already busted a spring. This one seems to have more adjustment and comes with the pillion seat. I don't know anything about the company. Also check the dimensions; they also carry a large one.

There are a million versions of this seat in India one as different than the next. There is no single source for them. They are ALL handmade. Both Allan Hitchcock and I have tried to find a single 1st class maker of these seats but none exists.
If the spring broke on one you bought from us we will of course replace it for free.

They are the US importers of Royal Enfield and hosts of this site. If you want something you don't see on the website, they may still be able to help you over the phone.

I have 2 of those seats from 2 different suppliers. Both are good seats, but attaching them you might need to get creative. On mine I lowered them by getting shorter springs for the rear and drilling the front frame bracket to attach the rails of the seat directly. I don't know how the front bracket on a G-5 is but I am sure something can be done.

I purchased mine from CMW/Nfield gear couple years ago..no major problems but have busted a couple springs. Got replacements fast and at no charge. Can't beat the service Kevin and the folks at CMW give.

Garbone: thanks for the pix. Your frame is different than mine. I was sent two mounting types of mounting brackets, a bag of nuts and bolts... No instructions. Neither bracket puts the spring where it needs to be in relation to the seat.

Figured it out after some head scratching. Simple fix, drilled spring mount hole where I need them. How's it look?

Looks very nice but yeah, you need a rack or seat to cover those frame rails.

I agree. I been thinking this one over. It would be nice to have some storage. Going to stop by the Army surplus store and see what I can find. A low profile metal box would do the trick. Stay tuned...
