Is it my imaginiation, or is the whole engine housing on this "Bullet" a little closer to the horizintal and perpendicular to ground/frame than in the current G5 , (in which to me it appears to be angle ever so slightly forward. )? The whole bike looks like it has a slightly more "upright " appearance. It may be just the effect of the squared rear fender , but it looks more vertical. Nigel
Loving that G5! Now why didn't they do that from the start? Damn! ::)
Hope the parts retro fit; I guess it's cheaper than buying a new one.
When will these actually be available to us?

Looks like the Classic Chrome doesn't have the matching painted frame, too bad.
That's probably more period correct but a bummer. On the bright side, you don't need to do a full tear down to change the color.

I'll take a gray one please, something that looks a little like this would be fine. .

So we actually see the Electra passing away - the new Bullet has the looks of the iron barrel.
Glad to see triangular boxes - I hope that can be fit to mine 8)
The "basic" Bullet will be $5495 in the USA? Wow, that's $1k less than the C5. What has been changed or cheapened or left off to make that happen?
Simply the economy of scale .... The classic Iron Barrel frame has LONG since returned its tooling and die costs - and black paint is cheap! I'm sure that nothing has been "left out" - It's ALL Enfield - and all REAL Bullet! At a price point of $5500 the new Bullet will definitely be a better seller than the G5 or C5. It will attract some attention away from, say, the new Honda CBR-250R due this Spring.
Amen to that, but I still can't see where you are all getting the pricing from : Did I miss something? NigelI read it on the Internet, so it must be true! :D

I just got back from Vince's. Put a deposit on the " new " black Bullet. RE said early spring, I am so happy I finally get the bike I really wanted.
