I find the handle bars of my Sixty 5 (which I assume are the same bars all newer Bullets have) a bit uncomfortable. They rotate back more than I would like. Is any one aware of a flatter (straighter) bend of bars that are available? I have the Magura "Euro" bars on my BMW I would like something more like that.

I think that is a commonly copied bar shape, don't order one for a BMW though they are the wrong diameter. Check out a "superbike" bar, I think that would be close. Flanders probably has a website with dimensions but you could find one cheaper from other sources.

Thanx, yes, I know that the Beemer has a different diameter. I saw a Bullet that had been fitted with bars that I just loved. I thought that the owner said that he bought them from Domiracer, but I looked on their site and couldn't find any. I'll just keep looking.

I checked out Flander's site and sure enough, their "superbike" bars in 7/8" dia look like what I have in mind. I'm thinking about it. ::)

Try these guys. They do a drag bar in 7/8 that should work well. http://www.chitownparts.com/

Thank you for the link - some very interesting looking stuff there.

The flat bars look great. I put them on my 03 Classic. The local Honda shop had them in stock. I had a bit of a problem with the installation. Because there is no rise in the bar, at full lock, the switch housings at the end of the bars hit the gas tank. I found this out the hard way. I managed to put a nice little "dimple" on the right side of my tank. I ended up modifying the fork stops. Bar end mirrors also look great with this set up. :D Cochi

My 350cc came with flatter bars and it makes a world of difference. I'm tempted to do the same to my Sixty-5. It will hit 50° this weekend here in Chicagoland so I will be forced to take at least one ride.
