Part # 500613 is the same part as the EFI/UCE Bullets use.

A.

You are correct. My AVL motor uses the same filter as the 500 UCE motors. Not the same old  “fuzzy gauze Enfield unit” of the iron barrel motors. I change the oil and filter every 1,500 to 2,000 miles anyway. If one looks around and buys more then one or two filters at a time the price really is not bad.
REs I currently own:
2007 AVL Bullet Electra Gray
2010 Bullet G5 Deluxe Black
2017 535 GT Continental Red
2018 Himalayan White
2018 Pegasus Green
2024 650 Super Meteor Celestial Blue

I just bought 20 genuine Royal Enfield filters for $46.44 with free expedited shipping from India. That comes to $2.322 for each filter with two O-rings for each filter.  Why would you want to look for a alternative filter?

Where did you get these?
Thanks!

How 'bout a small, round Alnico magnet J-B Welded to the plug?
Dorman PN 090-149 will fit
