I read that at the time it was written, and have referred to it over the years..  his entire site is fascinating.

If you go back to the whole website at the bottom of the page you'll find letter #1, and a bunch of other intresting articles.

The letters hit it on the head why I ride an Enfield.

My Kawasaki H-3 had a frame made of rubber bands. Every body should ride one fast just to experience true terror.
