Just put on Hitchcock's low handlebar for Interceptors.  Their website describes it as a copy of the 50s Bullet/ twins bar, updated to fit the new twins. The dimensions give the impression that it is similar to the stock bar but lower.  The bend makes it lower and much further forward than stock.  The grip angle is much better than stock.

Cables fit with no fiddling, but I did have to loosen the master cylinder banjo bolt and rotate the hose down a bit.

The switch housings were loose on the bars.  The bars are drilled for the locating pins.  The holes may be a bit oversized.  A little electrical tape solved the problem.

Only 25 miles ridden so far, but feel good.  If you like low bars.

They look good, I've been toying with fitting my spare Bullet bars to mine to see if the riding position would take some of the sting out of the stiff rear shocks.

Totally off, topic, but damn I love that color scheme. I have the baker from this year and really like it, but that…that is one heck of a good looking bike.

I wanted a GT in Black Magic.  But no one had one.  Took a test ride anyway. What a disappointment to discover I was too old for rear sets.  And then I saw the Ravishing Red Interceptor.  I hadn't planned on buying anything for at least a couple months, but put down a deposit when told the bikes were in short supply, and there'd be no re-orders until next year.  (Sounded like salesman hype, but sadly true).

I can't walk into the shed without spending ten minutes looking at it.

And speaking of looks, I hate the plastic tank emblems that come on some of the colors.  No question that they're traditional.  But they're just plain ugly, as were many of the old Brit tank emblems.  The logos were almost always beautiful when written out in flowing script: Norton, Triumph, Velocette...  but the stuck-on emblems...eck.

And what's up with the winged R?  It looks nice enough, but does any one call their bike a Royal?  It's an Enfield, or if you must abbreviate, an RE.

It’s easy to miss, but the winged RE logo is just that, ‘R’ and ‘E’.
The three bars that make up the right wing & bottom of the ‘R’ also make the ‘E’

Totally agree on the tank emblem, that out all those colour ways out for me.  Luckily the best in my view are Baker Express, Ravishing Red and Sunset Strip all of which don’t have the badge

I'll take the emblem badge on the Orange Crush any day. In fact, I did take 'em, in July of 2020!  :P

I've considered buying a second tank, probably the Ravishing Red, to have another option for whenever the mood strikes... but I'm still too enamored with the Orange Crush to do it.
