No direct question about customer service, locally or nationally.  ;)

I also completed the survey and it worked properly for me, including the "submit" button.

       They don't even care what year bike you own? Plus it just gives somebody else my name and email address that they can sell around the world to get more emails I don't want.

RI USA '08 Black AVL Classic.9.8:1 ACEhead/manifold/canister. TM32/Open bottle/hot tube removed. Pertronix Coil. Fed mandates removed. Gr.TCI. Bobber seat. Battery in right side case. Decomp&all doodads removed. '30s Lucas taillight/7" visored headlight. Much blackout & wire/electrical upgrades.

If you use credit cards you can be pretty sure all of your info is already out there for all to see. Staggering how much can be known about our lives...they know me better than I do.......

Apparently not. I just told them what a wonderful experience I've had with my crusty old 1998 Bullet.
