2005 Electra X

I've fitted heated grips (as I do on all my bikes) but there are only 2 fuses in the battery compartment.

No problem,  I'll just fit a proper fuse box.
Except, the main fuse is 15A (I thought it should be 20A) and the secondary 10A (brown wire) doesn't exist on any diagrams I've seen!
Pulling the secondary fuse didn't kill any of the lights/indicators/horn  :o

Can someone please enlighten me?

When I got my bike the wiring was a big mess. It did had a fuse between the Neutral light and the gearbox (where the sensor is). Does your neutral light still work when you pull that fuse?

I've just checked and the neutral light works fine  :o
I saw one diagram with two 20A fuses. One straight after the battery positive and one at the reg/rec  ;D

The secondary fuse on the Electra-X is to protect the TCI black/green box.

Thank you - I'll give it a 10A fuse  :)
