Wow, that really came out nice Chuy!  :)  I like the extra guards and rack. Is that a high back seat, or just stock? I've been thinking of making a high back for my DMC. Yours is looking good, the colors look great too!  8)

I just mounted the same Cozy hack on my RE 650.
Very little travel on the shock when jumping up and down with my 75 Kg weight.  It looks like a car shock, Endurance branded which is an Indian brand, and no markings on the spring.  Then again this is my first outfit, and I do not know how much wheel travel one wants on the hack?

The chair body is suspended on rubber bands, but surely there should be travel in the wheel suspension?
Is yours stiff as a board?

I am tempted to change both shock and spring, but no idea on what is an appropriate spring rate????

Nice! Having that chair attached to the side of the bike does cut fuel mileage some, having an auxiliary source of fuel for a rig is never a bad idea.

Your right Karl  :) I havent checked mpg in a while but guessing i went from 65 mpg to low 50s!
I dont have a wind screen on the chair so that helps. I am bad about passing the gas station to get out of town asap, so just a little gas insurance  :D
