Your tire air pressure recommendations of 18 front and 28 rear didn't work for me at freeway speeds. Those pressures caused severe wobbling while riding my 2011 B-5, even on smooth pavement, when the bike had the original Dunlop Speedmaster II tires.  When I pumped them up to 24 psi front and 32 psi rear, as recommended by Dunlop for their K-70 tires, the bike became stable right up to its top speed of 78 mph.  I am now running K-70 tires with the same results. My bike continues to be stable at high speeds, although I will admit that the K-70 tires hunt a bit on rain grooves, which the Speedmaster tires didn't do.

Just to be clear, I am not recommending anyone copy what worked for me, just sayin', it worked for me... There seem to be a lot of variables from one RE to the next, and it is confusing to understand how any of it makes sense. Ultimately, trial and error is what got me where I am now. Having just ridden in to work this morning, I can say Bholenath has never felt better on the road!  8)

A few differences we have are B5 vs. C5 which I believe have slightly different frames. I think you would have the leading axle forks? I have the axle straight at the end of fork, I think you have the 18" front wheel? I have the 19". And your B5 is 2011, my C5 is 2015. I did put the "old school" swing arm bushings in last winter too, if that has any effect on wobble... I figured it was worth a try and an upgrade (in my opinion) I was happy to make, anyway. I tried going with factory recommended tire pressures too with no luck...  ???

Gods only know what makes a Royal Enfield do what they do. Personally, I think they are karmic devices which are employed by the divine to seduce and play with us until we either surrender, or go mad,  :o LOL!  ;D

On my 2012 B5 with 19" front and rear, I run 26psi Front and 32 Psi rear. seems to be ok on 120 mile trips at 65-70mph.
The handbook says 19psi in the front, this is dangerously low having nearly lost the front end on a roundabout or two.
The rear at 32 is kind of what all my bikes have had over the years, apart from radial tyres which are 40psi and above on more modern tat.

My 2011 B5 has a 19" front wheel and a leading axle fork. That is why when commenting about my RE I always mention the model and year. I agree that they all seem to handle differently. Trial and error appears to be the best way to adjust tire pressures. Certainly, the owner's manual isn't much help.  ::)

Interesting - rain groove "hunting" by the stock Speedmaster front tire is one of the most common complaints about them I've seen... trial and error indeed!

My B5 is currently running MITAS tyres front and rear, far superior to the 'skidmasters'.

Got in 20 miles on the newly set up EJK fuel controller. I was hoping I hit the base line settings that have worked for other Bulleteers here. The EJK is held by Velcro in the fuse box door. There are two wires. The small coiled one is for the battery. The larger one is the male/female connector to the throttle body.
I blanked out the exhaust gas monitor and inserted a loop switch into the wiring harness.
I switched to an HD XL muffler, as Arizoni recommended. I drilled through the baffles with a 1" hole saw.
  The plug appears light tan.

The straight bottom forks take 195ml of oil! You say you have put in 265ml which is what the leading axle forks take. I would say your forks are over filled.

Oops!  :o   :P

Information is very confused for the various fork designs. I was actually going on a friends advise and I believe he does have the leading axle...

So far they're working great! I suppose I'm risking blowing my seals? Just did a 300 mile ride and no leaks yet... ???

EDIT; I just looked up my notes and I actually had varified in my Factory Service Manual, page 02-7, 265 ml +2.5 (?) for E5, G5, C5. Of course, it says on the cover; "updated December 2010" and shows leading axles in pictures. Doh!

EDIT AGAIN;  Might I ask your source of information Haggis, which indicates 195 ml?
The new Haynes manual just says to put back the same amount that comes out, lol!
Ducatti Scotty's write up says 190 - 195 ml, and that was based on comments from the Indian Royal Enfield Forum. As I remember, Scotty said, that they said, if you go over 195 your seals will (or may) leak...

ONE MORE EDIT AGAIN; I just went out and looked, definately no leaks and about 400 total miles since oil change.  I also re-read Scotty's write-up which was at least based on his leading fork C5, and was written in 2011. Not sure if they had the straight bottom forks yet in 2011?

I have a pdf workshop manual dated April 2014 which shows the bikes with straight legs also the euro IV workshop manual.
It has the specs page wrong but the correct info in the  manual.

Went over Fieldy, changed her rear sprocket and chain and cleaned her up in preparation of the "Royal Ramble" tomorrow.

I would really appreciate if you could send me the file.

I have a 2013 C5 so the 2014 file would probably be perfect!

I just downloaded the euro IV manual and it says the amount of fork oil  needed is 430 ml per leg.
I don't know if this is right or wrong but if 265 ml of oil seems to be working I'd just leave it at that and ride on.

)Personally I find the idea that the fork oil quantity could increase that much over the old forks is stretching the imagination a bit.  Almost a pint of oil (0.45 quarts) per leg?  That seems like a lot of oil to me.
