Hey tripper users! GT650 rider here. I am thinking about replacing my Beeline with a Tripper. However, i see on Youtube that experiences with the Tripper are not overall great. Example here: https://youtu.be/gmluZsxgwIY?t=326
How do you like your Tripper? Worth having? Would you replace it with something else if you could?

Yes, I've considered replacing it with a tach, but with a Meteor, that seems a tad unnecessary.

You just need this sticker to put over the front of it.
Hey, that'd work with the Comedy Relief Compass too  ;D

Stick to the Beeline. Much better. The tripper has some serious software issues that probably RE still hasn’t remedied.

Dunno. You have to use the Royal Enfield app to use tripper, which I think is a pain in the ass.

It's a little finicky as well. I haven't quite figured out how to make it behave appropriately. With other nav systems, I pick my route, tap navigate, lock my phone, stick it in my pocket, and I'm off.

With the RE app, if I do that it stops sending nav info to tripper. There's been a couple of times when I've stopped mid-ride to sort it out again. However, when it functioning as intended I like it quite a lot.

I'm sure these issues will be worked out eventually, just not quite yet. So if you already have a solution you like, I'd just stick with that.
