Is this your bike?

Have you contacted Hitchcock's yet? They have great service, tons of RE parts, all just 2-5 days out.

Hitchcocks have a limited supply of pre-WW2 parts and will even make the odd batch if there's sufficient demand, but don't expect anything like the spares coverage they offer for later models.

Try eBay and your local autojumbles/swap meets for an owner's or workshop manual.

My father reckoned a rough guide to ignition timing an old bike was to set the points to open fully retarded at top dead centre on the firing stroke.

Hitchcock's respond readily to inquiries, don't be reluctant to ask them.

Ignition timing is 30°, drivechain afaik a 530. New liners for brakeshoes makes Reibbelagservice Hanstein for instance. I dont think that you can buy a sprocket, but you can turn down the old ones and weld on new ones.
