OH dear,--I just click onto it and it opens up. It is about 10PDF files on side cars from old manuals.   I dont know what to do!!

This works fine for me. It is an "ASP" file which is an earlier Microsoft type file similar to "HTML."  Viewing must depend on the browser you are using.  I am using Mozilla Firefox which is available for all platforms if you would really like to see this excellent collection regarding sidecars.
