Anyone install an aftermarket touring windshield?  I have only seen Givi 's largest windshield available. Anyone try it yet?

I'm thinking of making or modifying a set of mounts for my Madstad windshield. I have it on my Speedmaster and it is the best windshield I have ever had. It adjust for tilt and vertically. I have the optional lowers. The whole thing is quick disconnect without needing tools. Unfortunately they are not universal. Each set of mounts is specific to each model of bike. If they made a set for the Interceptor I could just pop it off and swap it.

How does this strike your sensibilities?
It is a Memphis Shades Classic Deuce.
The handlebar mounts are heavy duty stainless steel and it is rock solid.

Looks functional. Has the bike enough power to push that through the wind :)

Do bears crap in the woods?  No harder for the bike than pushing my upper body through the wind.

Thanks 777  . For me, when it comes to windshields, size matters, big or nothing . I think Givi has the  one with the most coverage

Do you have a link to that Givi windshield you are so enamored of?

If you click on the photo, the supplier address is right at the bottom.

I've found with that style of shield, you're much less likely to get the vibration head buffeting, especially if they have some rake adjustment (and they look less like you're on a Road King)

I don't see any photo.  I see an icon that looks like a document with "LARGE WINDSHIELD" beside it, but when I click on it I get nothing.

Hello Jimco, Assuming you are located in the USA, Just go to Giviusa.com . SKU:A31  4 POINT $113 . Also need D45 universal 4 point mounting kit. I believe this one fits. I am going to contact tech support to make sure before ordering.

That would be this one?

If so, I don't see where it's any bigger than my Memphis Shades Classic Deuce.

Or th Memphis Shades Demon.

Maybe a little more expensive than the Givi …. but you get what you pay for.

The Givi seems to have hand protection. I would like to compare the dimension of both. I generally only use the shield for winter and long distance rides(both of which are rapidly decreasing with "age"), so a few inches makes all the difference.

I also prefer 4 point attachment. I never had any luck with any 2 point handlebar attachment shields, They always eventually move in the  wind no matter how tight. I think they may be OK for 50 MPH
