What do you think is the best sealant for engine cases, Wellseal yamabond loctite,any suggestions?
Yamabond, which is sold under a variety of names, is intended for use on non-gasketed joints, such as crankcase halves. In fact, I can't think of single manufacturer that doesn't use some variation of it to seal their crankcases. If there is a paper gasket involved, I generally dress the gasket with aerosol red Permatex, or a stiff grease. Just my 2 cents.
