I attached the kick start lever after having the outer right and left cases off. The kick lever lowered the piston and then it stopped and wouldn't bring the piston back up. What do I need to fix? What side?
Cheers,
Bill

I got the kick starter working and the piston is going up and down. I'm suspecting the starter is misbehaving. I'll check tomorrow.

How did you get the kick starter working again? What was the problem there?

Will you pull the starter motor out next?

Good luck.

It cleared up. I removed the starter but the problem came back. We’ll see what’s up this week.
