The SSR website had a Benelli logo at the upper right corner.

The short-lived 1970 Indian 750 with the Royal Enfield Interceptor Series 2 engine had frames and bodywork by Italjet.

What a beauty! I'm a sucker for those high flange alloy rims. Tossing our 6-8 pounds of steel off of each wheel just has to be better.

I'd forgotten how pretty those were. During the summer of 1971 I was picking up some Kawasaki parts. The dealer had one of the Velocette powered versions sitting in the showroom, which he offered to me for $1000.00 cash. Had I only known... :(
