While slacking off from grading some math quizzes, I put this together for fun. I believe it is the gearing for the C5. Is the G5 the same?
RPM
1,000 2,000 3,000 4,000 5,000 5,250
1: 5 11 16 21 26 28
2: 8 16 24 32 40 42
3: 11 21 32 43 53 56
4: 13 27 40 53 67 70
5: 16 32 49 65 81 85
MILES PER HOUR

Hello Professor,
How have you calculated this. Have you done it manually or otherwise.
Thanks for a response. Cheers.

Bradey, I used the figures for 1k for each gear posted recently (can't remember the thread, sorry) and extrapolated for the rest of the rpm's.
Here is an updated version with the limiter at 5.5k rpm's, according to Kevin M's post yesterday:
RPM
1k 2k 3k 4k 5k 5.5K
1 5 11 16 21 26 29
2 8 16 24 32 40 44
3 11 21 32 43 53 59
4 13 27 40 53 67 73
5 16 32 49 65 81 89

anyone needs a copy , or could host it , please PM me

BRADEY:
Here is one of the programs / spread sheets that can calculate values of RPM, Gear and Speed. The values for C5 were done by Quinn (qgolden on this Forum) a few weeks back using this spread sheet. Anyone can enter the values. Here is the link -

Using the Data Calculated a few weeks ago, I put little white dots on the face of my speedo at the max RPM Values for each speed in each gear. Gives me a mental ::) reference to peak torque/HP in each gear.
