Trying to reach Robert Bower of Richmond, Va. regarding an interesting Royal Enfield Bullet he may own or had owned.

No nibbles, huh? Are you SURE the surname you're looking for is "Bower" and not the more common German spelling of "Bauer"? Your own article back in 2009 mentions a "Robert Bauer" of Richmond as having been the first in the USA to purchase an Indian-built Bullet import at: https://www.royalenfields.com/2009/10/marty-scott-sold-indias-enfield-to-us.html

Assuming "Bauer" is your man, this register of persons in Virginia named "Robert Bauer" could be a start--especially if you had a rough age in mind, and zooming in on the map narrows it down to just a few in the Richmond area, with phone numbers and/or mailing addresses typically displayed: https://clustrmaps.com/persons/Robert-Bauer/Virginia
