Hi all
I just finished a ride in central New South Wales Australia: Canberra, Cowra, Forbes, Parkes, Dubbo. Orange and back to Canberra. I cant ever remember seeing central NSW so green and lush. Well worth the ride even just to explore the country pubs. Unfortunately, I didn't do it on my interceptor but on my Honda VFR1200f. I had my girlfriend and luggage bike which required a big. Well worth the trip.
