Hey friends,
I have a PowerTRONIC ECU for my Himalayan. Do you have a favorite map?

I am completely new to this side of my bike, so I would love to know how others are using their ECUs. Thanks.

P.S. For those who are a bit lost, an ECU allows you to adjust the fuel and ignition of your engine. This is the model I have:

I think if you call Powertronics they might have some custom, more aggressive maps for the Himi as well. I am basing this on what I have read. I don't have a Himi.

🤔 nobody else gone down the Power Tronic route?

Due to “So many” of us going down the TEC cam route, I would have thought a Power Tronic ECU was a natural progression…..After an exhaust upgrade 😉😂

Have fun

I picked up a Powertronic along with a high flow air filter and Lextec silencer from HCM and installed it a couple of weeks ago….also removed all the top heavy metal racks off the front and back. Truly transformed the bike even with their stock dual maps.

Only adjustment so far was the throttle position calibration to fix idle speed and hard startup. Unfortunately winter has hit so no further playing till April/May  :(

Also waiting for a cam before I truly dive into adjustments. All my previous experience has been with Power Commander PC5 but this seems very similar.
