Good morning, Dexter,
This is the fourth Indian review of the Super Meteor I've watched. All mention the stiff ride due to rear suspension. Time will tell how well the bike is received.

That stiff suspension does raise a serious concern, as the other thing that concerns me, the high forward foot pegs, even more so than on the Meteor it seems, will only put more of one's weight on the tailbone, which would be quite unpleasant on a bumpy road. No way to lift oneself off the seat in those conditions.

Imagine riding on certain Interstates, where they used concrete and have expansion joints quite often. Brutal!

Well the good news is that rear suspension is rather cheap and easy to replace, all things considered. Bit of a shame if it makes it somewhat unbearable.

On the other hand, aren't the roads in India sometimes a little worse for wear?

It looks like a fun and nimble cruiser that looks great!!! The only negative for me is the slight bend in the exhaust before the exhaust canister but that wouldn't stop me getting one. Good job RE but keep it cheap.

If the price of mid-$7k to $8k USD is to be believed, I think that's a fair price all things considered. Inflation, supply chain issues, etc.

Quite positive reviews in German motorbike magazines as well, e.g. here (sorry it's in German)

They especially mentioned the overall finish, apparently one level above common RE standard.
They also mentioned the somewhat stiff suspension but suggested it might be needed for high speed stability

A screen pops up offering an English translation. Then another screen pops up in German offering a choice which I can only guess. I clicked the red colored box on that screen and proceeded to enjoy the article. I still remember the extensive test on the Interceptor done by this magazine a few years ago. Thanks for the link Mike!
