In the video you will hear that sometimes the bike misfires (not sure if that’s misfire) when it has been warmed up. Fuel tank is 3/4 full.

normal for an efi engine.
O2 sensor switching can give a slightly uneven tickover as it alters the mixture.
Some are worse than others.
other than the tickover being a little fast for my liking it all sounds good.

Yep, idle is too fast, no misfire.

The issue has been fixed, it turned out that the spark plug gap was not correct.
I checked the spark plug that I swapped few months ago to an NGK one and turned out that the gap was 0.4-0.45mm.
The recommended gap found on the internet for this bike is between 0.3 to 0.4mm, so I set it to 0.3mm.
Also I reduced the idling rpm of the bike before adjusting the gap in the spark plug but that didn't help.
Here there are two videos which i filmed, one just after lowering the idle rpm (where the issue still persisted) and second with lowered rpm and adjusted spark plug gap.

Video 1 (Lower idle RPM): https://youtu.be/Z-l0JtHjTCc
Video 2 (Lower idle RPM and adjusted spark plug gap): https://youtu.be/k0mXrZ8j8nU

Hopefully someone finds this post helpful.

Empty silencer?
Yes but with a db killer, it's an Hitchcocks silencer.

levsingkh,

0.3mm for the plug is far too small a gap.
You'll end up with misfires.

Optimal gap for ngk plug in your bike is 0.70mm.

When you add a better coil, the gap is not so critical.
I use an "Ignition Kit" on my Bullet B5. It doesn't hunt at idle and starts on one or two kicks.

Mine seems to idle pretty quickly also... using iridium plug... dont think you can alter those gaps ?
Also booster plug, hitchcocks exhaust and dna filter, wondering if it needs a powervision thing also ?

Why don't adjust the tickover speed?
Large brass screw on top of the throttle body.
Air bypass screw.
Clockwise,  in, to slow it down.

UPDATE: Sorry for the late reply, since the riding season has just started, i gapped he spark plug between 0.7-0.8mm as mentioned in the manual. the issue still remained.
The issue has however been fixed but changing to a new spark plug with same 0.7 - 0.8mm gap. Probably was a faulty plug.
