I often wonder with these bikes how the owner fairs without a dealer network? Good maybe for the wrench turners out there but how does the average Joe do if it breaks? I'm told CSC will readily send you parts under warranty. I don't think Honda would have made the inroads into the market it did back in the 60's if it had used a non dealership business model. Lastly I am a fan of ancient Chinese art and culture but not of their current geopolitical aspirations or their motorcycles.

CSC of Azusa has a fully stocked parts area and good online "How-To" support. They have made a good effort to support the ridership, way better than most. The engine is the counterbalanced version of the Honda CG Unicam 100/125/150/200/235. Zongshen and many others have built these engines for many years now, no secrets left. These are fun, convenient, lightweight, e-start machines. They are starting to appear on the used market now, finally.

The RX3 & RX4 (250,450) are Zongshen liquid cooled, 6 speed, EFI metered "adventure bikes". There is an RX3 in Arizona near you for $700 that a mechanically declined owner can't deal with. Might be a buy/turnover opportunity for a handy fellow...
