Title: how do i figure out what i have no title

think its a fire arrow can i run the s/n number with ? it has a glass Indian head on fender , single cylinder, have to find s/n number

Whats the number on the title it should be the same on engine and title. They should match. As far as years go I have a list of some #s but your best bet would be the RE owners club in England.  ERC
