I appreciate your placing this reference on your thread. Also, if you ever want to skip a car payment and upgrade the Mastercylinder/lever... add this to the list.

BREMBO RCS15 BRAKE Mastercylinder

Duly noted.  That looks nice... will force me to change the levers again... Clutch lever will have to match.

I am fine with the braking on the bike right now... at this moment I was just looking for better pads as recommended by others.

If I ever decide to change the master cylinder I will also look to replace the caliper with whatever comes out of Hog Head's thread.

Video found on this mod:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSAWxQXiDP0

He used the Brembo RCS15 Brake Master Cylinder with a Rizoma Fluid Reservoir Pot CT027 Large Size.  Great looks... love those Rizoma parts.

For the clutch lever - TWM clutch perch with a TMW lever. It’s identical to the Brembo on the RCS15

If you have bottomless pockets and want the black pack look you could always follow the lead of Harris performance with their Nought Tea 2.0 build. They laced "real" Excel rims onto the stock hubs, increasing the rear rim width from 3.5 to 4.25 inch so they could fit super sticky ContiRoadAttack 3 CR tyres (110/80-18 Front, 150/65-18 Rear).

Finished the diagnostics cable... all good.

And I do not believe that I shared a photo with the quick release bolts installed on the seat storage lid.

I still have ways to go... The tasks pending for my bike:

New tires - I want to switch them to the new Michelin Road Classic
Tubeless setup (either seal existing spoke wheels with the tape and Loctite or replace with tubeless wheels).
Rear turn signals/brake light setup... Not happy with current setup and would like a cleaner and brighter light setup.
Replace brake pads for ECB HH
Paint the indented Royal Enfield letters in the engine case

And then there is the front fairing that Gremlinsteve installed on his bike... from MKDesign... I loved how that came out and doubt I will be able to hold back getting it...

And the triple tree clamp and sprocket cover from Riga...

And long-term, I still want the Scorpion mufflers...

Pretty sure I left a lot more stuff out of this list... there is really no end to this madness...

Music, Navigation, Texting, Calls, So the wife can track me via Life360... You know, for all the distractions that I need when going out for a ride to get away from it all... ::)

I got the RAM setup now.  Works great for adjusting the view where I want it.

And, when not in use, I pull it out and what is left behind blends nicely and almost disappears from my view.  I like it better this way.

I still need to run the power cable to it... forgot to do so when I had the tank out.  But now thinking about using the power plug someone mentioned that we have inside the headlight bucket...

can i ask which part is it youre using to attach to the old mirror mount hole?

is it this thing?

(i have the actual phone holder part already that i use on my other bike)

Oh boy... I did not even know that mount existed  :D  That would be the one to use...

In my case, I used some old mount I had and drilled it to allow the bolt to go in...  I then modified the head of a bolt so it would fit inside the ball... Leave it to me to overcomplicate a solution... jeez! ::)

haha nice hack!

theres also this for a simplified, lower ball mount as well which i might do instead. i think its basically exactly what you have but without the drilling fun.

Finally got around to installing the Air Injection Delete kit from Hitchcock Motorcycles...

Very easy to do... using the instructions they provide:  Install Instructions

One less hose to deal with when doing the valve adjustments...

Thank you.

I had been away for a few months and had missed your threads.  Got the alerts set to not miss future updates on your build.  Some pretty cools mods that you have made to your ride.  And this is not counting the performance mods you have planned for it... those shinny engine parts are so sweet.  The color combination will also be sweet ("British Racing Green with titanium, burnished brass, and tobacco-stained leather embellishments")

I must confess... that brass cannon... I could not resist.  Went to ebay to find and order one.  Mind you, it is just to have it in the garage as decoration...  ;D

As to my bike, I do not foresee doing anything with the engine... That area will remain stock.

I keep saying that I am almost done.  I just want a few cosmetic changes and the tires and it will be finito...

I emailed Riga Billet Parts today, for the triple tree and the side sprocket cover... getting those next.

Then, next month, I will order the tires and brake pads.

Looks like I will not be doing the front fairing... must... hold... off...

And with the recommended EBC pads, I think I will also hold off on any brake system changes...
