Title: Enfield Maintenance List..
Post by: Afro Samurai on September 19, 2013, 06:36:55 pm
just a maintenance list i came up with.. to print out..
excel file..
has several tabs..the original list.. then a milage list.. then a reordered list where i reordered the listing into sub tasks in the order i felt was more logical to  me.. and with my milage intervals already calculated out..

And to clarify...its not some fancy whiz bang sheet...so nothing is formulated...although I will make some formulas where you can have it auto calc intervals etc....just something I started today at lunch...will make it more intelligent and repost...if you have any suggestions..let me know...or by all means improve on it and share...
feel free to modify as you like...

here is a pdf of the maintenance tab in the excell ...

just a beginning.. to give some idea of the layout..

jpeg turned out so small couldnt see anything...hope you can view PDF.. i will still do a jpeg.. just need to figure some settings to get the resolution.. or just do jpeg of each section...

a work in progress.. have since added several linked and calculated cells for custom intervals .. and beginning milage inputs for new owners... im gonna go nuts on it.. make it slick.. but still be able to do a simple print of a blank sheet or prefilled in sheet so you can store with the bike..

also has tabs with shots from manuals on torq values (which will be tabulated with a correction factor that you can customize to calc your own values)... specs, exploded views, parts lists.. etc.. all in excell...

Nfield gear sells a super factory manual...and online I found a bullet owners manual....good catch...will be sure to include that line item..

Super factory manual has prim chain in the list...the owners manual didnt...images from owners man are on the original tab in excell file...I will be fixing all that stuff..

Maintenance Sched Tab is the main item.. i am adding additional useful info in the other tabs.. and planning on linking to some topics on this site.. but again.. there will be a plain blank version also..

hmmm.. file size is too large.. will see if i can reduce the size of the imbedded jpegs... but untill then.. here is the maintenance sched tab..

Don't forget to add the Mailbox and Soccer Mom repellers.  You've all read what happens when you leave them at home.

Finished the list...

I had to remove some sheets to get it down to reach the file size limits..
If you are interested in the full version.. it had a few other sheets with drawings, additional exploded views, specs.. and other things..

Send me a PM an email address..

I will be making running changes periodically with the file.. i will simply post that I have made changes.. and if you are interested in those changes i can email them to you.. or I may simply upload the individual tab.

On another note.. my job is still here.. until we go through the whole shutdown thing again in Jan timeframe.. but good to have work across the holidays atleast..
