...and where did you source your fork spring pre-loaders? I haven't seen the silver ones like yours before; only the HMC black ones.

Found it at HMC's shop 2 years ago.

Concerning Tomaselli bar ends plugs it was provided in the kit as you can see it here :

Neither of those bar end weights were going to come off and the grub screws on the inboard end of the bars were stuck and the heads chewed. Our host had a good special on a used set of original bars for cheaper than what the Tomaselli ones were so now it’s back to original with Hitchcocks alloy bar ends which are so much easier to fit and uninstall.

I ended up hacksawing the old weights off and removing the old bars by undoing the clip-on pinch bolts at the fork stanchion.
