Title: Tunning EFI

Cant seem to figure out how to properly tune my fuel injector. I keep fouling plugs and just yesterday my bike died out, when I removed my plug and it had a solid white spot near where it fires which I know is a terrible sign (running lean) before that it always seemed to be running too rich (black plug) can anyone provide some insight?
